Terms and Conditions: Gift Cards (3-Year Expiry) - Standard Australian Consumer Law
The Bath Boutique Online Gift Card ("Gift Card") is issued by Bath Boutique Pty Ltd ("Retailer") and can be redeemed for products available on the Bath Boutique website (www.bathboutique.com.au), and in our store locations.
The Gift Card is valid for a period of three (3) years from the date of purchase, in compliance with the standard Australian Consumer Law regarding gift card expiry.
The Gift Card can be used for multiple transactions until the full balance is used or the card expires, whichever occurs first. Any remaining balance after a transaction will remain on the card and can be used for future purchases within the card's validity period.
The Gift Card is non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash, and cannot be used to purchase additional gift cards.
Lost or stolen Gift Cards will not be replaced or refunded. Please treat the Gift Card like cash and keep it in a safe place.
The Retailer is not responsible for any unauthorized use or fraudulent activity associated with the Gift Card.
The Gift Card cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional offers or discounts unless explicitly stated by the Retailer.
In the event of a return or refund for a product purchased with a Gift Card, the refund amount will be credited back to the Gift Card.
The Retailer reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions or cancel the Gift Card program at any time, without prior notice. In the case of program cancellation, any unused balances remaining on the Gift Card will not be refunded.
